Hottentot-Fig

A lovely South African plant which is flowering in the sink garden.
Botanical name...Carpobrotus edulis.
Always reminds me of our holiday in Cape Town, as we stayed near the Hottentot Holland Mountains, and drove over them to reach Hermanus.
The flowers open in the sunshine, and we had plenty of that today. Also nice and warm temperature of 23C.
Let’s hope it stays for the weekend.
