And Relax...

on a Spa Day with the girls today, celebrating friend N's Birthday :)

Swimming, jacuzzi, aroma room, back, neck, shoulders massage for me...then afternoon tea, more swimming (or walking in the pool in my case as I can't swim much), and repeat!  Finally we all sat outside on the 'relaxation' deck...

And when I came home, Charlie was relaxing, framed by these pink flowers (whose name escapes me now)...

(unfortunately I forgot to take my small camera, so no photos of the day)

Now all I have to do is cook some dinner, but I'm feeling rather sleepy so it will be a very simple one I think...

Thought for the day - I am so lucky to have what I have hearing of struggles for some of my friends...
