While Liverpool were winning a vital pre-season friendly and England were defeating the Kiwis at cricket, Federer and Djokovic were playing an epic at Wimbledon and Mrs Ottawacker was finishing Wilkie Collins' The Moonstone. 

Ottawacker Jr couldn't cope with all the excitement.
