Jam and Coconut Sponge

Just like they had in school, but 4 times the size, from the cake stall at Victoria Station.

If it was down south I'd have said the artisan cake stall, but this is Manchester. Had some proper pies, and doorstop slabs of corned beef hash too.

Guy in front was buying a cake and paying for it contactless. By the looks of it, he new his card was going to be declined, and if I had to guess he's living on the city centre streets.

Hope he enjoyed his cake.
