Wild Wednesday .....

..... again?!?!  Where do these days go!?!

It was stay home day for me today as I had to wait around for the AC unit technician.  Thankfully nothing's wrong with the central air ... it was just our annual tune-up!  I felt awful for the guy (Chris) as today was one of the hottest days of the summer so far.  He said the temperature in our attic was 123° F!!  I certainly didn't envy him having to go up there to check on the AC unit!

Although it wasn't that much cooler outside the attic .... today's high was 94° F. with a "real feel" of 101° F!!   I usually don't mind the heat but that's a bit too hot even for me. But as I type this it's raining cats and dogs and the temps have come down significantly. 

I spent the morning in the sunroom .... before it got unbearably hot in there ..... getting most of these Wild Wednesday photos.  Thanks to Cailleach for hosting every week! I love the opportunity to showcase all the wildlife we have here in our own backyard.
