It rained

It rained. The plants will be delighted.

As I walked across London the umbrella was up and then down. Some people seem to put them up and then they don’t seem to notice that the rain has stopped.

By lunchtime the rain had stopped and by the time that I left the office it was warm again.

I was delayed getting home last night due to a track side fire and tonight I was delayed again. However I had yoga this evening so it was a rush in and a quick change.

It was a good evening of lots of stretching. I suspect that I will ache tomorrow.
