Bee on Common Spotted Orchid

Or at least, I think it's a common spotted orchid. The leaves don't have any black blotches but the flowers look very much like the illustrations.

Trying to have a lazy day. Basil and I went for a walk round Dishley Pool, which I ought to visit much more. Lots of bugs and beetles about, including a female banded demoiselle damselfly. For some reason that area seems to be a favoured breeding ground.
