A big pot of sauce with sausage and meatballs.  The debate of whether it's called sauce or gravy has gone on for ages.  I've heard it called both.  I call it sauce.  According to some research, gravy is made with meat also known as a ragu and sauce is made with herbs and spices.  Whatever, tomorrow it will be a plate of spaghetti and sauce with meatballs and sausage..
