Lily playing the Proms

The only fitting subject for this evening’s blip is niece Lily playing at the proms with the National Youth Orchestra. Now I could point her out but it’s a bit tricky and I only published this one as it’s the only vaguely in focus one of Nicola Benedetti walking out while playing her encore. A variation on a Scottish lament played as a solo. But you can see them on BBC4 this evening at 7pm or on iPlayer thereafter. Well worth watching
