Wide Wednesday: Science - Impact on our Life

Steveng (thanks Steve) is hosting Bobsblips's Wide Wednesday Challenge today - and what a challenge!

I decided on a triptych of the effect of science and technology on the way we move around. So my Editor and I went for a walk and managed to capture wide photos of air, rail & road travel; in the time available, water travel (and space travel!) eluded us.

The road travel photo also shows the effect of science and technology on maintenance of our open spaces, with the motor mowers going along the road as well as the cars.

(Note: I've been managing to forget for the last several days to tell northeast blippers that Gosforth Camera Club's Annual Exhibition is on at Newcastle Central Library at present.
