The Old Forge (Wednesday 31st July 2019)

During Tuesday's downpour I thought I noticed four horsemen scurrying past. It was a day lost to photography, although I did snap one moth that came to the kitchen table for shelter. It was a poor shot so I didn't blip it, but I have added it as an Extra (not being a Blip posting on the "wrong" day shouldn't be an issue).
The decorator was due to return on Wednesday and I needed to be there to brief him when he arrived, but he was a no show. These petunias (I think these are Cosmos but they seem to have different names with different suppliers) are now on the glass table in the woodland garden.
