Imperfect

My day went off the rails after lunch when an unfortunate sequence of events  around a phone call reminded me that I am far from perfect.  

Other elements of the day, including said phone call were also unsatisfactory.  Does a child in hospital still receive their PIP?  If not then carers allowance for the parents stops and child tax credits are reduced leaving the parents with financial challenges.  The good people at DWP seem to give me a different answer as to how it all works every time I talk to them!   Needless to say today ends with questions not answers and I am thoroughly fed up :-(

A session in the garden - which is also far from perfect - this evening was good therapy but now my nose is quietly throbbing.  

If I don't laugh at it all I may cry so I'm off to try and cheer myself up!
