Day 2

Today was an extremely busy day with decorating. I started by treating the mould, washed off the mould treatment, cleaned all the walls, Pollyfilla-d (new verb!) the holes, sanded down all the woodwork, vacuumed the walls and the woodwork, painted the ceiling and the coving, cleaned up, as well as doing four loads of washing, having a hearing test at the hospital and walking home. Thankfully I didn't have to cook tea as we took the family out for our anniversary meal at The Corbet Arms. It was delicious, especially the bakewell tart.
