Crocosmia

Crocosmia, or is it Montbretia? This lovely flower always used to be called Montbretia, but it has been updated! Whatever we call it, it looks striking when lit up by the sun.
The sun is very intermittent today, but we so far have not had the forecast rain and thunderstorms. Normous managed to mow the lawn. There is a warm wind getting stronger by the minute so I have moved vulnerable plants out of harm's way.
