Regatta

18C with sunny sunshine and some white cloud. Light NNE.NNW/W breeze.

Fergus and I went for our walk after lunch. We went round to the harbour and as we went along the Esplanade I saw the Dalintober regatta was under way. Happy they didn't get yesterday's weather! We wandered out on the old quay to get a view across the loch and best see the little boats sailing about.

While we were out there I could see a tug was lined up behind Zea Servant and signs of her getting ready to leave were apparent. By the time we had wandered along Hall Street and out into the park she was being towed stern first into the centre of the loch where she made her turn before heading out through the channel. Fergus and I carried on out Kilkerran road for a while before coming home.
