Achy legs!

Ace day cycling in the Dales with Lurkio.

Settle to Ribblehead (via Clapham, Ingleton & Chapel-le-Dale). It was tough going on a folding bike but the fantastic views and exhilarating downhill sections made up for the pain :-D

Suspect I'll struggle walking in the morning but it'll have been worth it.
