Foxglove by the Pond

Using a Lensbaby Composer Pro and a 50 Edge. I'm pleased that it seems to have worked, but honestly a lot of the focussing is guesswork as I can't see clearly on the back of the camera even with peak focussing.

This is our only foxglove in the garden this year.

I've indulged  myself today, staying in bed until noon. Len brought me scrambled egg for breakfast.

The soreness in my mouth is gradually going but not anything like fast enough.

A wonderfully sunny, warm afternoon. I retired to my garden chair by the pond to finish The Way Through the Woods, an Inspector Morse novel. I've already re-read The Remorseful Day and Last Seen Wearing this week. Sometimes, all you want to do is sit and read nothing too taxing.

Michael has turned me down from the North Wales photography trip next week. Spencer says it's too steep and difficult for me. Not best pleased.

We chatted online about holidays. I told him I have a very large number of photos of Morocco. He became alert. A possible photography destination.
I said I thought they might for the basis for an FRPS. He said I was a WAY better photographer than that. Don't let the RPS hear that. Couldn't help grinning.
