New non-EU passport

I'm really impressed at the speed at which my new passport has been issued. I made my application only a few days ago on August 27th. When it arrived this morning, however, I was disappointed that my request for an EU cover was not granted :-(

I'm still poorly, but have turned a corner. I spent most of the day at home getting myself organised for the start of the new term, and (inevitably) answering email.
