Rhedais i 10C y bore 'ma.  Mae taith newydd gyda fi i lawr i'r Daith Taf i'r Castell ac yn ôl.  Rydw i'n ceisio rhedeg 8min/km (neu well) nawr. Rydych chi'n gallu gweld y daith ar Plotaroute.

Treuliais i'r rhan fwyaf gweddill y diwrnod yn yr ardd yn casglu afalau, bwcedi ohonyn nhw.  Roedd e'n waith caled, yn arbennig roedd rhaid i mi dorri canghennau hefyd.  Mae Nor'dzin wedi dechrau torri'r afalau ac y rhoi nhw yn y rhewgell. Mae'n mynd i gymryd ychydig o ddiwrnodau i gwblhau'r gwaith.  Yna rhaid i ni ddechrau ar y gellyg a grawnwin

I ran 10K this morning. I have a new route down the Taff Trail to the Castle and back. I'm trying to run 8min / km (or better) now. You can see the route on Plotaroute.

I spent most of the rest of the day in the garden collecting apples, buckets of them. It was hard work, especially I had to cut branches too. Nor'dzin has started cutting the apples and putting them in the freezer. It's going to take a few days to complete the work. Then we have to start on the pears and grapes.
