MM. - Sparkle

I've been to Pilates this morning and it still surprises me that after exercising hard I feel more energetic when I finish than when I started -  obviously it must be doing some good.  A, the physiotherapist told me her car is ten years old and runs on diesel and that she's now considering whether or not it's time to change to electric because on Friday she filled it up with petrol.  This moment of inattention cost her £220 plus a couple of hours of lost time.  

The water was sparkling as it rushed over the small weir but it didn't show up as well as I'd hoped in my photo which is why I've processed it with an infrared effect to try and emphasise it.  Thank you Nickimags888 for hosting the challenge and thank you for the comments, Hrts and stars left for yesterday's Nutchatch.
