Leading worship in my home church on Sunday morning meant that a wee nap on Sunday afternoon was well-deserved. (In my opinion anyway - the congregation could at least sleep through the sermon, when I couldn't!)

With that, however, came temptation: do I stay and watch the cricket on TV or do I go out for a walk? The latter won out, so with the cricket commentary on the car radio, I drove over to Callendar Park for a walk around. And very pleasant it was too (see photo).

And I got home in time to see England wrap up a test win against Australia. A good day all round, I reckon!
