Blue Tit

The temperature at GMT noon was seventeen degrees Celsius; it was very much warmer in the conservatory where I have spent quite a lot of time today.

Today’s picture is of a Blue Tit on one of the nut feeders. Like most of the pictures I took today, it is not particularly good The light was wrong, first thing this morning and then the sunshine was shining on the windows making bird and mammal photography almost impossible. There are not a lot of flowers in the garden and the bees, butterflies and insects have deserted my garden.

I telephoned a window cleaner today as I have decided that the outside windows are too high, for me to reach without a stepladder or long pole. They were highly recommended by others in the village, so I left a message; I hope they will call back.
