Abstract Thursday

For the first time since my operation I drove over to Ormskirk to meet up with my pilates friends Sue and Lisa. It was so lovely to catchup with them. I bought my coffee before they arrived and the barista said go and sit down I will bring it over, isn't that great. 
I had a cheque to pay into the bank so needed a paying in slip, the bank teller showed me how to deposit a cheque using the app on my phone. I could have done it 10 weeks ago had I known. 
I had a lovely sit in the sun after lunch having a cup of tea then of course came in and had my afternoon nap. I was tired after a morning wending my way through a busy market avoiding other walking sticks, dogs, shopping trolleys and motorised scooters (shop mobilities!).
