Repetition

Anybody tired of hawks yet? I'm trying to figure out if this is the same fellow we've been seeing on various perches around the cliffs. Whatever answer I come up with will be a total guess, but my feeling is that this is a young bird who's trying to work out its territory. There. That sounds plausible. I do enjoy seeing him close up like this.
