Mono Monday..... Pastime

I have been enjoying one of my pastimes this morning with an hour's stretching, bending, movement and dance. I really enjoy it and am very aware of the benefits.... thanks to Nickimags888 for hosting :)
It was a beautiful sunny start to the day, but rain is set in for the afternoon so I will be enjoying another pastime of reading...my latest book group book 'In the Midst of Winter' by Isabel Allende, a new author to me. 
Is anyone listening to Radio4's current Book at Bedtime 'The Testaments' by Margaret Atwood, her current book, a follow up to 'The Handmaid's Tale'? It's very good.
