Yesterday I stayed with my friend in Nottingham as we were celebrating two 65th birthdays, hers in three days time and mine eleven months ago!  

We ate Indian, visiting Kayal for Keralan food, which was a bit different from your usual Indian fare and very tasty. I can't say that I was very comfortable with walking through the city to our bus stop afterwards though, it felt more threatening than it used to in the late seventies. 

Back home this morning I did a bit of tidying up, ready for the estate agent's visit. I want a valuation but have no idea at the moment what I'm going to do with it.
