This is my chin up bar. I am going to master it. I am very sore. I've been doing the really hard palms out ones with the arms wide. Not the girly palms in ones.

I got a really nice message from a friend last night/this morning. Whether or not the detail is true, (I'm self aware enough to know or at least doubt) it meant probably more than they could know. Thank you.

Oddly, I got another message from another pal, about tech and some other stuff but I got a nice piece of discourse from him too. Thanks, man.

I am truly blessed with some of the pals I have. If you catch me moaning about life on here again; tell me to shut the fuck up.
