Ash?

Judging by the shape of the leaves, I think this is an ash tree.  But I'm not sure what's going on with the trunk here.

W is feeling grotty, having picked up a bad head cold, so he had a day at home, whilst U, S and I drove up to Sheringham Park.  We enjoyed a walk around the park, including climbing up to the top of the gazebo, and getting a view of the steam train returning from Weybourne station to Sheringham.

After a cup of coffee in the tea room, we drove down to the coast, and stopped to admire swans in a pool at Salthouse, and bought dressed crab for tomorrow's tea.  Then home via Holt and the supermarket.

All in all, a fun day.
