Whiplash

The garden definitely has the dwindles.  The days are still quite hot but the growing season is winding down.  Although we broke all records for rain last year, now that summer is over and fall has arrived we are in a drought.  There seems to be no happy medium.  

Wendy and I spent the day yesterday at a conference.  It was called Finding your Vision in Black and White:  What the Masters can Teach Us. It was excellent.  It definitely had us out of our comfort zone but it was very inspiring and gave us some ideas to keep us busy over the winter.
