Just wonderful!

Well I am finally here in Boston after a fraught first flight to Dublin where a storm had arrived as we flew in, in our prop driven plane.  We circled the airport for twenty minutes whilst they cleared a runway for us which meant we wouldn't be blown sideways when we came in to land!   Then we sat on the ground for a while whilst they found a bus to come out to us which meant I had thirty minutes to cross the airport, get through US Pre-Clearance and reach the gate.  Thankfully lots of folks were in the same position so the gate was kept open and I sat down with two minutes to spare!

All of that means I am here and have had an afternoon of wonderful cuddles from our grandson!
