Smelling the flowers

I’ve volunteered at the WInchester City Mill this morning. There were lots of nice visitors. Work continues on the new cafe. I’ll let you know when it opens.

HtP met me afterwards and we had lunch before planting the pansies and polyanthus in the tubs for the front door. At the moment we’ve left the summer ones in place as they are still looking really healthy. As you can see Willis came to smell them. His unknown lump doesn’t bother him at all.

We’ve then cleared part of the garden and planted the new hydrangea.

We’ve then cooked dinner together.

It’s been a lovely weekend.
