Sa Calobra

After driving the quick way to Soller for a look around, we drove through the Tramuntana mountains in the north of Mallorca. We turned off the twisting winding road to an even more twisty windy road to Sa Calobra. Probably the most spectacular road we’ve ever driven along. It was beautiful at the bottom at the point where the Torrent de Pareis meets the sea and has gouged out a huge canyon. The sea is a perfect turquoise and these impossibly fresh green pine trees are scattered along the cliffs. Stunning.
Loosecanon drove , taking it steady, not slow but with reasonable care.
We kept getting overtaken by bikes!
