Ladybug, ladybug, fly away home...

...not because your house is on fire, but because we are getting our first snow tomorrow. And then sub-freezing temps on Friday!
So I looked up a few things about the ladybug. Those over the pond have it right, they are really ladybird beetles. And these beetles hibernate over the winter, cuddling up with hundreds of their buddies to stay warm in cracks and crevices in trees, or even in-between our house shingles.
Looks like its time for this one to find its niche.
