Patience?

Well this is a pack of cards but instead of Patience it is specifically for Scopa or Briscola. Instead of 52 cards there are 40 as the 8, 9 and ten are missing. The four suits are vaguely recognisable.

Scopa is a popular Italian card game for two or four players. The card designs have regional variations, this pack is called Piacentine, and is Southern Italian, even though I bought it in Northern Italy.

I used to play this often, but now I just need to teach somebody else to play.
