Aquamarine/Nanna K's Day

Graveside

It’s a very sad occasion to bury a friend.  (and husband of a book club buddy)     Today high on a hill in wind but not real rain, we said goodbye to Sam and shoveled dirt on his coffin in the lovely Jewish ceremony.  He was a really good guy, and will be missed..he had a full life but his last old years were increasingly brain befuddled making it difficult for all…I hope Josie and the family will find peace now.
I have no idea who"Overa"  is but liked the gloves and stones (record of recent visits and respect)on this nearby grave marker.
my digital tribute to Sam is here ….He was an engineer at the University of Washington and a great supporter and forever learner in many many classes as an adult.
