Eyup Sultan Mosque

We spent much of the day visiting this mosque:  fewer tourists that in the centre of Istanbul and people were generally remarkably accepting of our cameras.

It was good not to be hurried, but to have several hours just sitting watching activities.  We were there for the midday prayers, so able to witness the mosque fill with worshippers.  It was a privilege to be present.
