Tiempos difíciles.

Hard going at the moment. Was supposed to complete the purchase of the house today, but owing to solicitor and bank cockups it will be another week. Also learnt that the property isn't connected to a sewage system, but has a septic tank somewhere underground (the estate agent called it a "sceptic tank", which I found amusing.)
