Looking out

We've just said goodbye to an enigmatic former designer colleague Ian Stupples this afternoon. So good to catch up with people I've not seen in a few years since leaving The Times. This was the rather wonderful view from St Julians Club, Sevenoaks, where we all met after proceedings. Rather a catalogue  of mishaps - the hearse broke down before ferrying Ian to the crematorium and a few of us ended up waiting in the wrong chapel (on the right site) and missed the brief ceremony altogether!. Still, a great  Mass... and Ian would have been most amused.
