The squinty bridge- Glasgow

We were n Glasgow this afternoon on a quick visit so this photo is taken from the motorway of the city’s famous Clyde Arc bridge known colloquially as the squint bridge because it is at an angle.

It links the city with  Pacific Quay, site of the  Glasgow Garden festival in 1988, the  science museum and regenerated banks of the Clyde.

In the centre is the Glasgow Tower, an iconic and popular tourist attraction for viewing  the whole of the city.
