that you meet a happy smiling man selling balloons .His hat reads NOPE but he said yes when I asked if I could take a picture .(another thing that seldom occurs)..  He'll be selling these at the Schloss Christmas  Market.  I'll  be happy to buy one plus give him a print of this image ..
