Another week of healthy meals

Evening meals for the last 7 days. As the days get shorter and colder the meals seem to incorporate more warm coloured vegetables. Meals still loaded with vegetables (at least 750g in each) and none contain any red meat. Main protein source in two is chicken and two feature fish with the others relying on cheese. White and empty carbohydrates in all at a minimum with no potatoes and no bread to accompany the meals. Sweet as usual was summer berries, stewed dried fruits (prunes, apricots or figs with oat bran and topped with full fat Greek yogurt.
