Trepidation

I watched this young lad waiting for the right minute to join the throng in the water. There were quite a few people in there, considering the early hour.

DW knocked on my door at 7.25 am to see if I wanted to go for a walk on the beach. Of course I did.

It was quite wonderful actually, and well worth the yawns on the way down there. I haven't slept well for the past couple of nights (late night film watching, I think), so figured that an early start today might help me to sleep tonight.

We went down to the Frog and Kiwi for breakfast, which was very tasty indeed.

Home now to process some of this morning's pics and a cup of tea.
