Sally Mair - Loving life

Daily ablutions

I spent ages watching Cleo having a good wash this morning, her contortions were remarkable. Here she is in the process of grabbing her tail through her back legs in order to give it a thorough wash and brush up.
Today was a rectory day!
10 am architect came to get the key to look over the rectory and check for the degree of stonework repair needed. I went with them. Straight after went from there to the Steading to meet my Cursillo group for our fortnightly support meeting. I went deliberately early so I could have a bowl of soup as I had a feeling I might not get another chance to do so! Meeting went well, its always encouraging to be with friends who know you well. From there back across town to Kate's for a coffee to help me stay awake before going back to the rectory to pick up a freezer which is surplus to requirements..... and of course it was raining. Delivered the freezer then went straight off to bridge, where, remarkably seeing how tired I was, we won.
Still no walking, annoying when it's just not possible to fit it in!
