I have been indoors for too long. My knee continues to improve but my recovery has restricted my opportunities to go out into the fresh air. My highlight of my day yesterday was a trip to Sainsburys!
Looking around for photo opportunities I spotted our notice board. I have collected some pi
ctures from past birthday cards to inspire me. I notice most are of seascapes and one of a camper van
What is this telling me?
There are also appointments for physio and consultants appointments and an old photo of me and our three younger children enjoying a ride at Chessington world of adventures. A wedding invite and the church schedule for the winter season. A rich tapestry if events, memories and new things to experience.
Grateful for time to think and plan, for happy memories and good progress in my rehab.
