Not the most refined or composed picture I've ever taken but thats not really the point.

I was up early(ish) this morning for my first parkrun in about 3 years and, having not run in at least a month, I wasn't sure what to expect but a couple of seconds outside 23 minutes was satisfying and yet frustrating all at the same time. My aim is to try and parkrun a bit more regularly to get myself back in the running habit. We then went into town for a couple of things before Aaron and me went to get our haircut...still at the same place as ever...before a quick Gregg's pitstop and shot.
