Try, Try Again

Second attempt at noodle soup and it was definitely better, but still missing something. I think I need to find a new recipe as I included everything that the one I was using listed, but it still wasn't as flavourful as I would like. It was definitely a good idea to chop some of the veg up and layer it between the noodles though, rather than trying to unsuccessfully stir them together!

It's been another spectacularly lazy Sunday today; Rich decided to watch The Irishman which I bowed out of (a 3.5hr movie about gangsters isn't really my bag) so I made some good headway on Acceptance. I've probably got about a third of the book left now.
