Waiting...

It's Advent, the Season for Waiting and this single titmouse waits for its breakfast on the edge of the window feeder.
I probably will not see the garden green for months to come. 
Yet the birds are happy. Especially another Junco who lost a lot of its soft, warming feathers when Persey brought it into the house for some chase and play. Fortunately, I snatched it up and set it free again.
