Peaceful reflections

A quiet scene can potentially conceal a great deal. But Loch Leven is a gift that keeps giving.

Mr A said in his blip that it was a bit of a trying morning, and that's an understatement, but all was sorted out in the end. Seeing a half naked man walking up Glencoe was odd, given the weather, and I wonder if he was the naked rambler. I cannot imagine who else. We collected L and La from the Kingshouse, where a good time had clearly been had by all. We acquired some extra rented kilts that have to be returned to tailors tomorrow. There was a superb inversion right outside the hotel. See extra. The views as we drove across Rannoch Moor were just stunning.

Lunch was as scheduled at the Bridge Inn in Ratho. The kids were a cheap date as they didn't want any wine. I wonder why that was....

Home now and feet up. It's a bit chilly here, but that's one advantage to putting your laptop on your lap. It warms it up. It was a fun weekend away.

Edit: just discovered the half naked man, whom we actually saw twice, was Speedomick, walking John O'Groats to Lands End for charity just in his speedos. Check him out!
