I had spotted this as I was driving past between Christmas and New Year and thought it would make a good blip. I was pleased that nobody has done anything about it yet

After taking the photograph I posted it on Twitter and within an hour it had been spotted by Cheshire Highways who thanked me for bringing it to their attention and they would look into it. Sometimes social media does work.
