Yellow and red

My last day in Chiang Mai and a relaxing chill day. After breakfast sorted out the phone top up and then lay by the pool for the only 90 minutes the sun is caressing it.

Then to the 3 local museums, good value for less than a fiver. Well presented in Thai, English and Chinese and really interesting about the history of the town and the Lanna people of Northern Thailand.

A beer stop at Annie's Bar before back for my WhatsApp meeting with the College Principal. Decided to eat just a long the road from the hotel. I discovered this morning that the road leads to a local market.

Blipped the songthaew. The red ones are the ubiquitous taxis in the old city. The yellow ones ply their trade further afield. Having walked I haven't used either.
